BANTAM
During the third year of LCAD's Character Animation track, students in Animation 3 must collaborate to create a short film over the course of eight weeks under the guidance of their professor. What is typically done within only one section of the class, consisting of eight to eighteen people, our cohort decided to combine our efforts between two sections of the class, one meeting on Monday mornings, the other on Wednesday nights, and create our film with a crew of 21 people. This gave us a slightly extended time limit on the film, as well as a larger team to complete tasks more efficiently. What resulted from this unprecedented proposal was BANTAM, a short film starring a small but mighty chihuahua cowboy and his trusty velociraptor steed, Pico, who find themselves facing the tyrant outlaw El Toro. Co-Directed by Aileen Ricardez and Brian Diab, and supervised by Brad Kuha, BANTAM is a charming take on the "reluctant hero" trope, set in a fictional boomtown in the Arizona desert.I was elected by my peers as the main producer of this film, alongside my Monday co-producer, Zoe Hamilton. While we shared many responsibilities during the film, I was in charge of creating production schedules/trackers and deliverable folders, managing progress from the Wednesday section, archiving files and assets, emailing updates and questions to our professor, assisting directors with creative decisions and logistics, and sending out progress updates and due-date reminders to my classmates.Below are some of the production schedules and trackers I made, as well as other production materials from our crew!

Dear Diary
Dear Diary is my capstone thesis film at Laguna College of Art + Design in the BFA Character Animation track. As of right now, the film is still in production, scheduled to be completed by May 2027. The release date is not currently set, but please check back for updates in the months leading up to its completion!
24-Hour Animation Challenge 2025
This film was produced as a part of the 24-Hour Animation Challenge in 2025. Each team of 5 students was responsible for producing a 30-second film from concept to finish over the course of 24 hours with the prompt "flip your perspective." Our film centers around a little sculptor who must make use of a misshapen rock in his art, while being pressured by the perfection of other sculptors in the room. We were inspired by the style of UPA, as well as the concept of "don't judge a book by its cover," turning it into a technicolor fantasy highlighting individuality and one's own creative voice. Out of more than 750 teams from all over the world, our team tied for 50th place, ranking 101st overall.Although this was a small, very collaborative project in all aspects, I was put in charge of keeping track of production for the duration of the contest. This included creating the production schedule and tracker, organizing production materials in the communal Google Drive, and keeping track of time to make sure our team remained on schedule.Below are a handful of materials my team and I made during the contest:
